Import EVSE IDs from your previous CSMS
Replaces the imported EVSE IDs. Each names one of your stations (422 otherwise) and is under your own party once Ivora staff approved it (own_party.status approved; 409 ocpi_evse_id_party while it is pending, rejected or absent), and is used only while your locations publish under that party. Staff approving your party for you removes any other tenant's imports under it. An EVSE or an evse_id listed twice, or an ID that reads as Ivora's generated ID of another of your EVSEs, is 422; an ID another Ivora tenant publishes is 409 ocpi_evse_id_in_use. EVSEs without one keep the generated <party>E<station><evse>. Takes effect on partners' next OCPI request; changed IDs are pushed to partners that accept updates. Requires stations:write (not a viewer). Replays with the same Idempotency-Key return the original result.
