Edit an EVSE's label

patch/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/evses/{evse_number}
Requires an API key

Synchronous. Sets physical_reference, the label printed on the EVSE. Its number does not change. Replays with the same Idempotency-Key return the same result.
