Charger displays
Declare the payment QR a charger screen shows per EVSE. Ivora stores the desired state and keeps pushing it after reboots, revision and tariff changes; writes never wait for the charger. delivery.state applied means the charging core accepted the push, not that the panel changed. Price comes from the tariff_id you set, else the connector tariff. Requires stations:read or stations:write. Adapters with clear: false keep the last QR: RCD/Renova until the charger reboots, Sinexcel until it is overwritten. running-cost: California CTEP running and final cost messages, on by default for every station; a station's explicit on or off always wins: OCPP 1.6 by the Open Charge Alliance California Pricing DataTransfer, OCPP 2.x by CostUpdated where enabled; session amounts need billing:read.

- putSwitch running cost messages for a station on or off/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/running-costOn by default for every station; this stores an explicit choice that always wins over the default and persists until changed.
