Ask the charger to report its configuration

post/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/configuration/refresh
Requires an API key

OCPP 1.6 GetConfiguration of every key, or OCPP 2.0.1/2.1 GetBaseReport ConfigurationInventory. The core records the answer; read it with GET .../configuration. Requires stations:control. The operation succeeds when the core sent the message; result.charger_status then carries the charger's own answer once it arrives (null until then: poll the operation; it is never resent).
