Payments
Discover configured adapters, then authorize, inspect, capture, release or refund at /payment/{service}/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}. Services: stripe (live mode, where enabled) and simulator. Requires billing:read or billing:write, and billing:refund for refunds; one payment per bill. payment_mode on each payment is the provider's record: live or test.
