Find externally funded sessions

get/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/charging-sessions

Requires an API key

Repository snapshots only, without hardware reads. Follow GET by session ID for live usage. A stable application_reference recovers a session after a lost creation response. Cursors order by opaque session ID, not time.
