Smart charging
Control charging power through OCPP smart charging: set, list and clear charging profiles per station (purposes charger_max, tx_default and session; units W or A; time-of-use windows), ask the charger for its composite schedule, and cap a running session's power or current. Writes are charger messages: Idempotency-Key, 202 with an operation whose result carries the charger's answer, and charging_profile.accepted, .rejected and .cleared webhooks. What the charger reported it cannot take is refused before anything is sent. Reads require stations:read, writes stations:control. OCPP 1.6, 2.0.1 and 2.1.
9 endpoints
- getRead what smart charging the charger reported/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/smart-chargingFrom the configuration the charging core recorded, never a live read: OCPP 1.6 SupportedFeatureProfiles, ChargeProfileMaxStackLevel, ChargingScheduleAllowedChargingRateUnit, ChargingScheduleMaxPeriods and MaxChargingProfilesInstalled; OCPP 2.0.1/2.1 SmartChargingCtrlr Enabled, Available, RateUnit, ProfileStackLevel, PeriodsPerSchedule and Entries.
- getList the station's charging profiles/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/charging-profilesThe profiles set through this API, oldest first, with their state: pending (the charger has not answered), accepted, rejected (by the charger, charger status, or the charging core, error), unknown, no reply, cleared, replaced (OCPP 1.6: a later profile took the same purpose, connector and stack level) or ended (its session is over).
- postSet a charging profile (SetChargingProfile)/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/charging-profilesOCPP 1.6 SetChargingProfile (ChargePointMaxProfile, TxDefaultProfile, TxProfile) or OCPP 2.0.1/2.1 SetChargingProfile (ChargingStationMaxProfile, TxDefaultProfile, TxProfile).
- getRead one charging profile/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/charging-profiles/{profile_id}Requires stations:read.
- deleteClear one charging profile (ClearChargingProfile)/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/charging-profiles/{profile_id}Clears the profile by its chargingProfileId.
- postClear the station's charging profiles of a purpose/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/charging-profiles/clearClearChargingProfile by criteria: every profile of purpose on the station, optionally only one connector's (its EVSE on OCPP 2.x) or one stack level, including profiles set outside this API.
- postAsk the charger for its composite schedule (GetCompositeSchedule)/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/stations/{station_id}/composite-scheduleThe limits the charger will actually apply from now for duration seconds, every profile combined (its own and other systems' too).
- putCap a running session's power or current/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/charging-limitSets a session profile (TxProfile) with one period of limit in unit for the active transaction, from the start of the session.
- deleteRemove a running session's cap/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/charging-limitClearChargingProfile of every session profile (TxProfile) on the transaction's connector (OCPP 1.6) or EVSE (OCPP 2.x): the session continues under the station's tx default and charger max profiles.
