Capture exactly the immutable bill amount

post/payment/{service}/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/payments/{payment_id}/capture

Requires an API key

No amount body. Over-hold bills are rejected with bill_exceeds_hold (and an operator alert) rather than silently undercharged. Zero bills release the hold, and so does the Stripe adapter for bills below Stripe's 50-cent minimum charge, which it cannot collect: the payment ends canceled with captured_minor 0. Use the same payment ID and idempotency key on retry.
