Read a transaction's meter values

get/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/meter-values
Requires an API key

The sampled values the charger reported during the transaction (MeterValues, OCPP 2.x TransactionEvent and OCPP 1.6 StopTransaction data), in the order the core recorded them, newest last. Each sample states measurand, value, unit, multiplier, phase and context; omitted ones carry the OCPP defaults (Energy.Active.Import.Register, Wh, Sample.Periodic). Energy registers also give value_wh. Paginate with after=next_cursor.
