Stations
Register stations (synchronous, returns the station), read connector state, assign locations and set connection credentials. Requires stations:read or stations:write. Resource connector IDs differ from OCPP connector numbers. Credentials and moves return operations because they can touch hardware. Faults observed from the charger's status notifications are listed per station.
