OCPI publishing
Whether OCPI 2.2.1 roaming partners (such as Eco-Movement, which feeds maps and navigation apps) receive the tenant's locations and tariffs, at /v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/ocpi. Off by default; changes apply on partners' next request. Locations publish under Ivora's shared party US*IVR with the tenant's display_name as operator, or under the tenant's own party ID once Ivora staff approved it. Tenants Ivora keeps private are never published (409 ocpi_tenant_private). Requires stations:read, or stations:write to change (not a viewer).

- getRead the tenant's OCPI publishing settings/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/ocpiDefaults (publish false, Ivora's shared party) until the tenant writes them.
- putSet the tenant's OCPI publishing settings/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/ocpiReplaces every setting: omitted fields return to their defaults.
- getRead the EVSE IDs imported from your previous CSMS/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/ocpi/evse-idsThe eMI3 EVSE IDs published instead of Ivora's generated ones, so partners keep the IDs they know after you move your network to Ivora.
- putImport EVSE IDs from your previous CSMS/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/ocpi/evse-idsReplaces the imported EVSE IDs.
